About "HR Outsourcing - The Future!!!" topic:

“Buyers beware.” That’s what we’ve heard for years about HR outsourcing. Yet today, we are hearing “Buyers aware” – encouraging us to shift our focus to preparation instead of trepidation. We now recognize that being more aware about our specific needs for HR service delivery is improving our chances of ending up with a better HRO solution.

The description below are true realization of my thoughts and is genuine...I DON'T MEAN TO DEMEAN ANY RELIGION...by this. suyashi. While Hindus claim to have given the law of regeneration...i realized Romans/Egyptian were far ahead in realizing it logically and implementing it...  SPIRITUALITY IN BUSINESS! Maslaw suggested hierarchy of needs...which lead to self actualization at end ...while enlightenment was the term used by Buddhist ....but in those older times...life expectancy was very less merely 20years-23years...what Maslaw forgot was adding a time gradient to his pyramid. Now with advent of knowledge and good lifestyle don't we question ourselves???????...we might be capable enough t...

I have gone through the article as above. While I would reiterate that the obvious goal of religion is unity, I would at the same time indicate that the Term Peaceful Co-existence is the ruling word.

Office Etiquette or Office Manners is about conducting yourself   respectfully and courteously   in the office or workplace I have noticed that as we go from college to the real corporate world it is hard to get used to a different environment. This is for freshers because other would be knowing the thumb rules already.   Always act with honesty and   dignity Chewing   gum   and popping bubble gum in the presence of co-workers is neither cool nor dignified Never   do it whilst attending customers Wear appropriate office   attire,   for example correct footwear, not thongs (flip flops) - they are strictly casual or beachwear No exposed midriff to   display   tattoos and body piercing. Be neat, clean and as   conservative   as the business requires you to be We are put off by   smelly people.   So, be sure to shower regularly and use a suitable deodorant Do not   cough or sneeze   in anyone's direction. Do you know Walt Disney’s motto ? Never mind if you don't, but surely you'll know what all he accomplished with a simple motto; "It's kind of fun to do the impossible." Even those things that seemed totally hopeless before they are  started look relatively simple once they are done.  Every day we run into those situations. Those are the "I can't" moments. Instead of saying "I can't", ask yourself "Do I want to?"   If the answer is "No", just go ahead and say "I can't".  But if the answer is "Yes", ask yourself another question: "How can I?" Imagine what you could accomplish with a simple motto, "How can I?" - the world maybe ? who knows ??

I’m an old geezer on the community network who chips in here and there. Over a period of time I get a feeling that some of our less experienced members are not too sure about what to initiate as useful topics for discussion / debate. To help them out I have put together a set of five questions which they may ask themselves before initiating discussions. May I request more experienced members to chip in with more questions / suggestions / guidelines to make the whole process more purposeful. The set follows:- 1. does the topic add value / knowledge to the community? 2. is the topic worthy of attention / discussion? 3. will the topic lead to / inspire action? 4. will other members like to refer / share it with others? 5. will someone from our community benefit from the topic?
