Which are the successful projects ?? The one which started with good A..good B.. all is well so it ends well or the one which has unique challenges of Resource, technology, change, customer, pepole and management... The other day I was in a restaurant and saw a sign advertising "Sliders Fridays." From what I gathered, they offered a deep discount on tiny hamburgers, called sliders, on Friday nights.
