But the thing about work related accidents is that many of them can be avoided all together if you were to improve your safety program. Too often safety rules and regulations are not followed because they are too easy to ignore, employees tend to think that the rules don't apply to them. And the sad thing is that many managers don't enforce the safety rules and regulations so the employees don't think that they are wrong. 	each and every employee should be trained about the safety measures.. it is good to keep safety precautions in working area..and arranging some mock sessions on safety measures yearly or half yearly

	Yes,it is true that most of the plants does not show interest in providing proper ventilation.To be fact that these provisions must be installed prior to commissioning of any plant.

	Yes there is no harm to listen the music in the Tea Breake Lunch hour. after breake you will feel fresh and do your work in a peacefull mannar, to give the proper attantion to your work.
