through their high service quality and financial health by enhancing
operational efficiency, reducing service costs and delivering
competitive business services. Both financially and operationally, it
makes sense to change into more versatile and agile infrastructure
which have new features, cost-effective applications and operating
systems.
But, the question is when a firm starts the
