START UPS MAY GROW VERY FAST TILL THE INITIAL PHASE , BUT IT'S LIKE BETTING YOU MAY LOOSE OR WIN THE BET. SO IF YOU HAVE A SMALL RISK TAKING CAPACITY YOU CAN NOT OPT TO ENTER THE START UPS.
