About "irresponsible-people" topic:
The story is really interesting as i learned so many things from it. Giving great contribution with others expectation and not expecting anythings from others. This really builds a great trust when we do anything with quality.

A Village Once Initiated a milk collection drive for poor children. It was agreed that before day break every family in the village would contribute a glass of fresh milk. One villager thought, 'Since the whole village is contributing, if I put in water instead of milk, it will do no harm, nobody will find out, they would have collected enough milk from others anyway and will have more for my family.' In the darkness of the early morning they all poured their contributions into a common container. At the appointed time when the container was opened in the presence of all villagers, it was filled to the brim. But Guess with what --------- WATER!

Very true, selfishness rules during these times. A very depressing reality. Guess it'll get worse in the years to come.

What better we can expect in a society, where corruption is rampant and people are treated like animals. Just heard on the news that a Judge took Rs.15 Crore to grant bail to a person who looted the state/country. What to do, in such cases. Some...

The recent description of an team Anna Team of the PM as a S...... is a very glaring example of how low the levels of public discourse has plummeted. It is reflective of the total lack of irresponsibility and unaccountability that is spreading...

STORY WHICH MAKES US TO THINK Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived: Happiness , Sadness , Knowledge , and all of the others , including Love . One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all constructed boats and left. Except for Love. Love was the only one who stayed. Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment. When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help. Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said, “ Richness , can you take me with you?” Richness answered, “No, I can’t. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you.” Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. “ Vanity , please help me!” “I can’t help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat,” Vanity answered. Sadness was close by so Love asked, “ Sadness , let me go with you.” “Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!” Happiness passed by Love,...

Written by Nisan Gabbay Facebook was launched in February 2004 by Harvard undergrad students as an alternative to the traditional student directory. Its popularity quickly spread to other colleges in the US by word of mouth, and the site now registers close to 15M monthly UVs and over 6B page views per month. Facebook has completed two rounds of venture financing at very high valuations, the first at a valuation of ~$100M and the second at ~$550M (valuations are unconfirmed). These valuations were driven by the multiple acquisition offers that Facebook has reportedly turned down (the latest was a rumored $750M offer). Facebook is already generating significant revenue, so despite all the valuation and web traffic metric hype, it has also established a very real business. Interviews conducted: Noah Kagan, early product manager for Facebook. Noah will soon release an e-book on Facebook, with good insight on the social networking space. You will be able to download the book at Noah s...
