About "Job Requirments " topic:
i am MBA finance and doing LLB at present i have 7 years of experiance with MFG. industries i am try to relocate to my home town or near by (Vadodara) at presant i am working with JINDAL SAW LTD. Gandhidham.
my problem is - i am applying so many requters and company every day but i did get any strong replay from any Why???
even i have great experiance of work and strong background in Finance/MIS/Banking/Accounts/Commercials etc.
so what the problem it may be. is there no opportunity in or near by req. place i am looking for or any problem with profile.
please sugent me if any can???

He informed me that he is planning to lay off a couple of hundred people in his company, in a phased manner. What surprised me was that he mentioned that out of them around 80% are ‘difficult employees’. I wondered aloud what was his definition of a ‘difficult employee’.
