With a global recession looming, gadgeteers have to buckle-up and chop logic together on ways we can use our gadgets to help make it through financially tough times. Yes, your iPhone 3G was expensive but you can transform it from a mobile phone that occasionally plays music into an all-powerful Recession-bustin’ tool. Here’s a list that could potentially save you tens of thousands of dollars if you follow the instructions attached to each app. Granted, some of the steps call for extreme measures (e.g. selling your house) but all apps have been enlisted with the ultimate goal of getting you through the recession unscathed - possibly even better off. 10 iPhone Recession Buster Apps: 1. For both eGov or MGov will take at-least another 10 years to become practical in India. How many people in India know how to use a computer or mobile phone other than talking. we can expect this will work out in another 10 years.

By Lori Bongiorno How much radiation does your cell phone emit? It's easy to find out the answer thanks to the Environmental Working Group's new online guide to cell phone emissions . The non-profit research and advocacy group ranked over 1,000 different cell phones according to radiation levels. It looked at the publicly available, but difficult to find, specific absorption rate (SAR) for each phone. SAR is a measure of how much radiation is absorbed by the body when the phone is sending a signal to the network. (Your phone only emits radiation when you talk or text.) The jury is still out on whether cell phone radiation is harmful to human health , but it certainly won't hurt to limit your exposure to cell phone radiation when you can. Several research teams from different countries report a higher risk of developing brain and salivary gland cancer among high-volume, long-term cell phone users compared to people who use cell phones less often, according to EWG. For example, a...

10 things about good bosses Do you like your boss? Let's be honest, a majority of employees will definitely come with a negative answer to this question. Yes, bosses are not always there to be liked. But is there any fun being a boss who is not respected or ineffective at managing staff? Of course not, so let's have a look at what it takes to be a good boss. Below are 10 things that bosses can do to guarantee that their subordinates and co-workers will respect them. 1. Praise the staff in public, correct them in private Good bosses know it very well that praising and encouraging the staff is the key to have a positive atmosphere within the office and it helps to bring the best in them. If someone does something well, a good boss should recognize them for their efforts. People need to know when they are doing well and that they are appreciated. However, if someone is not doing so well, speak to them privately, instead of calling them out in front of a group. 2. Pay people what...

50 Things to do Before you Die Photo by Anne Froelisch 1. Set foot on each of the seven continents. Antarctica might seem like a tough one, but here’s how . Once you’ve reached all seven you can truly call yourself a world traveler. 2. Cross a country on a bicycle. A bicycle tour takes some planning , but it beats being separated from a country though a passenger-side window. 3. Ride something bigger than a horse. Trekking through the jungle on the back of a two story tall elephant will surely be something you remember forever. 4. Live like a local for a month. The experience of visiting native peoples will give you way more insight into another way of life than two years hopping from one backpacker ghetto to the next. 5. Visit a “real” blues bar in Chicago . What better way to leave music’s commercialism behind and find the soul of the blues? 6. Learn another language. This is definitely a weighty and time-consuming proposition, but there are plenty of resources...

Social networking keeps on going crazy and many of us have managed to be online almost 24X7! Sharing on facebook, twitter or other places is fun for some and style for others and foe few of us it has become the way of life. This has brought the need for Smartphones and many of us in love with touch screens. iPhone and iPads are sold like crazy and so there are tons of apps available everywhere to do various things. I recently found this app which says " Walk Type Share "..At first I was like everyone does that then what is new in the app??!! It says "Walk Type Share is a messaging social networking application for iPhone and iPad to text message while walking and share through SMS, Facebook, Twitter, email and group messaging, using transparent keyboard with live camera background." I am not sure how is it good for us.. but new apps are worth a shot aren't they?? Whats your take on new apps coming up everyday..which ones do you recommend??
