The data that was found for indound mergers show that out of 14 M A there was a loss of 11 and a gain of 3, for outbound loss of 24 and gain of 2 and for domestic loss of 8 nd gain of 3. This data I think is clearly showing the loss of M A.

Just one loss in M A does not decide the working of M A, it was Land Rover TATA which had a loss and what about Maruti Suzuki which increased their response to many folds.

Rather there will be too much negotiation so they would not go for M A. I do not find it good to go with other companies policies when your norms are not followed and when things are not stable.
