Well,i believe marketing in terms of promotion of products in the market should be up to a limit and the companies should better try to improve the quality of their product as it is main factor that will retain the customers in the long run.

Yes, when the equity provides a return of 15 - 20% over a period of 5 years or more time, it is possible to get a return of 15 - 20% for 5 years if one invests in fundamentally good stocks. But there are certain conditions applied to it.
