It is not only a question of costs. But all other aspects or factors should be taken into consideration, such as the social life and so on.

LTE will improve network capacity and competence. The physical throughput of LTE is up to 173 Mb/s in downlink with 2×2 MIMO and 84 Mb/s in uplink with 1×2 SIMO per cell (20 MHz, FDD system). Flat architecture can minimize the latency. The user plane’s single direction target latency is less than 5 ms while the control plane’s latency is less than 100 ms, making it possible for operators to provide fixed services in mobile networks and advancing Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC). Reduced latency and increased cell edge performance make LTE-driven service even more attractive. LTE can help operators improve network capacity and LTE The Way to the Future strengthen its competence. The spectral e...

In today's world of fast food, fast cars, and instant gratification, people expect to be in touch at all times. We have become conditioned to staying in touch with businesses, friends, and families. Because of this desire for instant data, we have the Internet, cell phones, Wi-Fi, MP3 players, and DVD players. As the equipment needed to drive this thirst has become smaller and smaller, we find ourselves looking for portable replacements for our bulky desktop computers. This article guides you into the exciting world of Windows mobile development so you can take advantage of an expanding opportunity to supply software to this burgeoning market. Getting Started There are currently two choices for producing mobile software using a Windows operating system: ActiveSync on XP, and—for Vista—a new interface built upon ActiveSync technology, called the Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC). In the recent CoDe Focus issue on Mobile PC Development (2007, Volume 4, Issue 2), Nick Landry's...

What Indian Business Education don’t provide for the Environment. Value generated and transacted in Business is the hallmark and pillar of the skill generated from a Business education. A business when it sell products in India, they don’t worry about the affordability of their wares by the masses let alone functionality which may be part of it. A business incurs around 40% of fixed cost component along with may be 30% variable cost and probably the rest as ‘conversion cost’. What Business education teach us and what is followed in Efficient economies is they fix a breakeven point say 100 units of sale. These 100 units will provide the years cost incurred. After this point they will start giving discounts say 10% or so, so that more of products will move at lowered costs. If products are priced far above these three costs then the demand will subside and the production line will stagnate even for normal production. Two things are required in the environment for this process to...

It is my opinion that in order for WiMAX to gain popularity, the three largest mobile-subscriber-capacity countries in the world today, China, the US, and India, have to provide global interoperability in the same frequency range.I am borrowing the quote of Neil Armstrong where when landing on the moon he stated: "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind", WiMAX in idia is that big step.. There is no doubt that WiMAX is the way forward, in case India needs to reach out to all of its population within the stipulated time frame, it needs to act now... The Government's move to establish over one lakh community service centers would be the right approach for spreading broadband to rural areas Telecommunications services in India are moving to the new generation networks, which is expected to provide affordable broadband connections with lots of features. WiMAX too, is expected to be an integral part of this transformation that would provide high bandwidth within long...

Nokia, the world’s top cellphone maker admitted on Friday that a small number of its latest smartphone Nokia N8 have a power fault that originated during the manufacturing process. A number of users reported, their Nokia N8 turned off unexpectedly and is not switching on back as it should. The company says affected users will be covered by the standard warranty. According to chief sales manager, Niklas Savander, “ there were a limited number of N8 users who were actually facing this problem. When the phones turned themselves off, the users were unable to turn them back on .”, But he kept mum on the toll that how many phones are affected. The fault in the power management reportedly stems from the way in which the engine component in the Nokia N8 was being installed. This component includes most of the technology in the phone, but excludes covers and batteries. The issue is supposedly limited to the N8 model only.
