About "Perception--- THE ENEMY WITHIN " topic:

Actions to convey and/or deny selected information and indicators to foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning; and to intelligence systems and leaders at all levels to influence official estimates, ultimately resulting in foreign behaviors and official actions favorable to the originator's objectives. In various ways, perception management combines truth projection, operations security, cover and deception, and psychological operations.

NO! One needs to be the best @ what they do. But when being best takes you into a "LEAD", then comes added and implied responsibility to Hold hands of others. It is "added" since it may not be your prescribed charter[If it is your charter, as...

I agree with you Mr Shashikant. We must be open to suggestions/discussions. Sometimes our perception of issues on hand, may prove to be right !! Who knows ?
Ravindra Sharma  |  Argues in support of  "No"  |  1 year ago
Prof. Ajay, What you see, hear or feel in everyday life is recorded by your brain and whenever a similar situation crops the brain understands and terms it as "PRERECORDED". Sorry saw your remark late, hope this clears the confusions
Shashikant Rajak  |  Argues in support of  "Yes"  |  1 year ago
Its, true in this selfish world we are governed by our perception. We are less open to others always want our own benefit. We think less about others more about ourselves. Thus, I think we have become slave to our own perception.

HI ANAND, APTITUDE DECIDES YOUR ALTITUDE.INTERVIEWER/S WITH YEARS/DECADES OF EXPERIENCE CAN JUDGE THE PERSON RIGHTLY.MAY BE THERE ARE MISTAKES WHICH WILL BE VERY INSIGNIFICANT.ANY PERSON WITH LIMITED INCLINATION CAN NOT ACHIEVE MUCH.
ANAND M  |  Argues in support of  "The aptitude doesnt take the correct decision."  |  1 year ago
I agree with Praful. Aptitude should be part of the whole process not the ultimate one. There are people who may fail in the aptitude test but in reality they would be 200% better than people who cleared it. So, companies need to see beyond their...

If the boss is female, the female employees would be more comfortable sharing their problems with the boss. The boss in turn would be able to understand the needs of her female employees and get the work done better.

It's important to preface this article by stating that people are individuals and that while it is sometimes efficient for experts to place people into generational groups for analysis, in the end, even with certain common traits and behaviors, individuals must be judged on their own merits. That said, as a new crop of college graduates hits the workforce, it's important -- both for the job-seekers and for prospective employers -- to read this article. For the college grads, it's helpful to understand how hiring managers and future co-workers may perceive them. For hiring managers, it's useful to cut through stereotypes and misconceptions about this generation. Generation Y. The Millennials...

In many ways, a manager has to be a leader, so therefore a manager will have many of the traits that a leader does. However, I feel the term 'manager' applies primarily to business, it's in a manager's best interest to lead his co-workers effectively, encouraging them to achieve their goals and targets. In my experience, a leader is more of a social thing; more associated with team work, too. Go to Discussion http://lnkd.in/wUJe5E

I’m an old geezer on the community network who chips in here and there. Over a period of time I get a feeling that some of our less experienced members are not too sure about what to initiate as useful topics for discussion / debate. To help them out I have put together a set of five questions which they may ask themselves before initiating discussions. May I request more experienced members to chip in with more questions / suggestions / guidelines to make the whole process more purposeful. The set follows:- 1. does the topic add value / knowledge to the community? 2. is the topic worthy of attention / discussion? 3. will the topic lead to / inspire action? 4. will other members like to refer / share it with others? 5. will someone from our community benefit from the topic?
