Akin to organisations, we all have
vision, mission and objectives (even though many of us do not
explicitly mention). Either these measures are very long term or
otherwise do not have a clear measure. Thus, unknowingly we leave
the opportunity to get feedback on our thinking, behavior,
qualifications, financial status, contacts etc.. from the society we
belong to.
But is the feedback obtained is helping
us in our goals/objectives? What makes us to be proud of our
achievements? Which factor keeps our personal motivational levels
high? is not clear at times.
With all your valuable contribution, we can define "Personal Progression Metrics" which
can help us to measure our progress in terms of a metrics and can
start having a Balaced Score Card. This will not only allow us to
have work-life balance but also be constructive in our thinking and
helps us to keep our motivational levels high.

Day trading used to be the preserve of financial firms and professional investors and speculators. Many day traders are bank or investment firm employees working as specialists in equity investment and fund management. However, day trading has become increasingly popular among casual traders due to advances in technology, changes in legislation, and the popularity of the internet.
