A good example is Dewas- Bhopal Road. I do not know whether it is intentional OR the project had no alternative.
Years back, then Government has planted trees along the State and National Highways with declared green belt on both sides of the road. Due to increasing demand of widening the roads and re-plan the road network, almost all states Government never values the existing trees and simply chop them (At times a parallel project is implemented to spend additional money to uproot the trees and replant them at alternate places, that never works and contractors/ concerned people are benefited).
The best way I can suggest is that when the project is planned the existing trees should be bought in to middle of the road. Otherwise also the landowners are paid for acquired land for road development. As the old roads are also very much planned (except few places), hence this can materialise. I general project survey, planning, earth work takes 3-4 years. In the survey/ plan the center line / dividers are earmarked. With the commencement of the project/ earthwork, there should be provision for planting the trees and the should be mentioned in the work contract. In this case by the time road is commissioned for operation the trees would be strong enough to withhold at there own. Till that time watering and other maintenance could be handled by the contractor. This way we can have more trees grown without barren look on the newly developed roads. More over, due to deep digging etc. animals will not damage the plantation.
I'll narrate a silly example of Indore-Dewas road. Almost, 15 years have past, there was provision for tree plantation along the roads with tree guards. The contractor just before the commissioning of the road has erected tree guards with some jungle plants to show that he has adhered to the contract terms. Within next 2-3 years all tree guards were picked up by kabadis and the plantation was never cared regardless of the jungle plants planted in them.
Such mentality of our authority is also one of the reason that we can not have projects for tree plantation. In Indore, I' ve seen on M.G. Road divider the floral plants have been changed 4-5 times with last 65 years and still the IMC is experimenting for the right plant could be grown at the place. Almost all dividers earmarked for plantation are barren with polythene flying all around. Yes, the authority have tendered the dividers very much in time for advertising because they could mint through those tenders.
Here, it is clear that we should generate mentality of planting the trees, then only we will be in a position to keep our neighborhood, mohalla, ward, city and country GREEN.

Affordable dental plans are important to your overall health coverage. Without affordable dental plans, you could unnecessarily pay thousands of dollars for simple procedures. Affordable Dental Care is an unmet need in many families. Luckily there is an affordable solution for uninsured people that can give you coverage so you can get an appointment quickly. One of the best features of affordable dental plans is the fact that there is no underwriting period to wait around for like there is with traditional insurance. Once you complete your application, select a dentist, and make your annual one-time payment, you are covered. Families are eligible for coverage as well. If you choose a family plan, your family is covered at the same time you are. A healthy mouth is a key component to an overall healthy body. Sony is yet again ready to layoff 10,000 employees. It is not clear if this will be from Japan or overseas. This makes us think that how unpredictable can working in big brands be. We normally think that we should go for a big brand instead of working for a small company but when incidents like this happen they tear away our dreams, make us rethink and take away our sleep. If a company is going to lay off so many people where would they go, what would they do and how will they move forward. We have no answer to these questions. According to Nikkei‘s sources, Sony might also request that its seven executive directors — including Stringer — return their yearly bonuses. Sony hasn’t officially confirmed the report, but Hirai is set to brief the company’s business plan on Thursday, March 12.

10 things about good bosses Do you like your boss? Let's be honest, a majority of employees will definitely come with a negative answer to this question. Yes, bosses are not always there to be liked. But is there any fun being a boss who is not respected or ineffective at managing staff? Of course not, so let's have a look at what it takes to be a good boss. Below are 10 things that bosses can do to guarantee that their subordinates and co-workers will respect them. 1. Praise the staff in public, correct them in private Good bosses know it very well that praising and encouraging the staff is the key to have a positive atmosphere within the office and it helps to bring the best in them. If someone does something well, a good boss should recognize them for their efforts. People need to know when they are doing well and that they are appreciated. However, if someone is not doing so well, speak to them privately, instead of calling them out in front of a group. 2. Pay people what...
