Geopark is a place where rare geological landforms are preserved in an undisturbed state and where low impact recreation, scientific research, and educational activities can be pursued. The total planned area for this geopark is said to be 630.37 square km. It will be functioning as a museum as well as as scientific research center. 2. World Car free day : On September 22nd 200 cyclists celebrated World Car Free day by using cycles. This was an attempt to keep traffic jam and pollution at bay.
