Congress would win small alliances will definitely not go with BJP and the majority winners would be Congress there are certain seats that are fixed for congree specially in Rajasthan and Chattisgarh. And they can actually turn parties to their side.

I think this time it would be BJP, for congress the support is withdrawn by other parties so I do not think congress would be able to stand alone in the parliament.

If this is done by polling then I think it could be manipulated as well. There photo identification could not be matched and a lot of fraud could occur.

I think a great idea to work upon. People would not have to travel a lot. There are many who have migrated because of their carriers to different places and for them this would be very useful.

Definitely not,but if no part get the majority votes then an alliance remains the last resort...because already thousands of crores have been spent in conducting elections and if again the elections are held because no party is getting majority...
