Congress would win small alliances will definitely not go with BJP and the majority winners would be Congress there are certain seats that are fixed for congree specially in Rajasthan and Chattisgarh. And they can actually turn parties to their side.

Definitely not,but if no part get the majority votes then an alliance remains the last resort...because already thousands of crores have been spent in conducting elections and if again the elections are held because no party is getting majority...
