The much awaited budget 2010 has happnened, and once again the common man has been left in the dark, and the 2010 budget has received a mixed reactions from many quarters of people, Though there were some positives like the revised tax slabs, but there were some dampners like hike in fuel price.  Though the Budget can't please everybody, but the Aam junta has suffered a lot in all the past budgets that has happened till date, and as said the budget is some sort of Pro-Rich and Anti-Poor.
