With increase in heavy demands from the markets and to meet the time constraints for a product to reach customers, various manufacturing organizations outsource their manufacturing processes to other companies in same region or to companies in other nations. This gave birth to Contract Manufacturing . This involves an external company that handles all or part of the manufacturing processes of Original Production Company. The actual reason for contract manufacturing may differ as many organizations try this simply to reduce their cost of production while some may try it to meet time constraints and many more.
