It is just like asking who came first the men or the women. Everybody has his or her experiences and accordingly has the ability to coordinate. Nobody can say look the men are bette coordinator or women are better coordinators.

I completely agree with Abhijit here....they can't co-ordinate properly....they cant decide what to do and ask for someone's help on almost all ocassions. But they know how to get things done but no proper co-ordination at all....its just others...

It is a good initiative. But some how I feel that a man gives all his salary to wife and she handles the finance dept. so why should company do that? There can be many other things that you can do than this.
