In military ,navy and airforce retirement age for short service commision ,and option to get early retirement age is 45 years,after the age of 45 years they go for very good jobs and earn more that what they were earning ,this way they served motherland till the age they were capable to serve with full strength,mind etc.and after 45 years they earned for future family life and welfare of their son and daughter.

Retirement age of a person from service may be the binding of the rules and regulations of a department but it doesnot force an individual to retire from LIFE full of experiences, knowledge and problem solving ability in all the situations.
