I think open source will win the race. More dependability on open software is observed in the past five years. The reason is also justified.... If one can avail free software to perform his work then why would he go for the expensive one?

I have to say we both agree to disagree. Without opensource where did you get all those cool applications you used to create your internet and your electronic world? Think manufactures like Cisco , Sun and now even Microsoft all missed the boat?...

The English language has some wonderfully anthropomorphic collective nouns for the various groups of animals. We are all familiar with a Herd of cows, a Flock of chickens, a School of fish and a Gaggle of geese. However, less widely known is a Pride of lions, a Murder of crows (as well as their cousins the rooks and ravens), an Exaltation of doves and, presumably, because they look so wise, a Parliament of owls. Now consider a gathering of Baboons. They are the loudest, most dangerous, most obnoxious, most viciously aggressive and least intelligent of all primates. And what is the proper collective noun for a group of baboons? Believe it or not ....... a Congress ! And, of course, the well known collective noun for a group of owls: PARLIAMENT! PS: Pl read it for fun only and without any political trappings. That's why I have put it in "OTHERS" category of Industry and not "POLITICS".
