We can understand so many things which we learned in our school and these are some of the basic principles which we are using in the current marketing strategies all over the world, but somewhere the co-relation part is missing....
In school we learned about Newton’s three natural laws of motion. These laws explain how and why objects move. These laws can also explain how and why word of mouth marketing can move brands from being unknown to well known.

Take example of Law of inertia which was Newton's first law which tells us an object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion. This law of inertia applies directly to word of mouth marketing because conversation at rest tends to stay at rest while conversation in action tends to stay in action. If a company does nothing to encourage people to talk, no one will talk.
So let us discuss how we can co-relate things which we learned in school to use in today's times to make marketing process look like a kids play....

Professor at IIM A was explaining marketing concepts: You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and say, "I am very rich.Marry me!" That's Direct Marketing. You're at a party with a bunch of friends and see a gorgeous girl. One of your friends goes up to her and pointing at you says, "He's very rich.Marry him." That's Advertising. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and get her telephone number. The next day you call and say "Hi,I'm very rich.Marry me." That's Telemarketing. You're at a party and see a gorgeous girl. You get up and straighten your tie, you walk up to her and pour her a drink. You open the door for her, pick up her bag after she drops it, offer her a ride, and then say, "By the way, I'm very rich. Will you marry me?" That's Public Relations. You're at a party and see a gorgeous girl. She walks up to you and says, "You are very rich.." That's Brand Recognition. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. Why is using email marketing services sometimes a better option than direct mail? There are many options available to the business or charitable organization that is in need of a way to better communicate with their target audience. Two of the most popular are email marketing and direct mail. While both have their pros and cons, email is often a better option than its traditional counterpart. This article will explain why by highlighting some of the advantages it has over direct mail. Cost Effectiveness One of the best qualities email marketing has going for it is its low cost. The price you would pay to reach hundreds or even thousands of contacts is downright cheap in comparison to trying to connect with the same number of people with direct mail. More businesses are finding out that such traditional methods are cost prohibitive in today’s economy. With direct mail, you have to factor in the cost for creating your actual marketing materials, printing it all out, and mailing it to...
