In a time where there is Infrastructure boom that is happening, and in a time when there is a real estate drive that is there, there might be few things which might be holding few things back, the majority being here is the skill shortage, with a booming industry needs skilled manpower to take it forward, but construction industry is facing a lot of Skill shortage interms of Manpower and labour on the whole which can take Construction industry to the next level, So, how to  fill the void.
