Although unemployment rates continue to rise, and in a developing country like India where hiring is on a spree but still many feel that to get relevant talent is really hard, it's something like after taking the candidate one needs to train them to take on the work that is expected out of them, so in this regard, millions of dollars infact billions is spent on training new employees across the world.  There may be millions of jobs unfilled in the world just because of shortage of skilled workforce. So, let us discuss here how skilled workforce can be produced in abundance, Do companies compromise on talent even if one doesn't know anything and then later train them, and how do you see future of employment happening, like on basis of what skills will the future of employment will happen?
