Although unemployment rates continue to rise, and in a developing
country like India where hiring is on a spree but still many feel that
to get relevant talent is really hard, it's something like after taking
the candidate one needs to train them to take on the work that is
expected out of them, so in this regard, millions of dollars infact
billions is spent on training new employees across the world. There
may be millions of jobs unfilled in the world just because of shortage
of skilled workforce. So, let us discuss here how skilled workforce can
be produced in abundance, Do companies compromise on talent even if one
doesn't know anything and then later train them, and how do you see
future of employment happening, like on basis of what skills will the
future of employment will happen?

In this article I will not be focusing neither I will discuss the common reasons of gold prices climbing high. The falling dollar, rising inflation neither central banks buying/selling of gold. In this article I have tried to bring out the invisible forms of future gold demand and price. Gold is now a dream for the Indian marriage occasion. Gold prices have moved up from Rs 11,785 per 10g to Rs 17000 in a year giving 44% annualized return. The recent news that RBI purchased 200 tonnes of IMF gold for $6.7 billion spooked the prices to 17000 levels.IMF gold sales was in order as per the agreements between the Asian countries. Their is some more reasons for this yellow color metal to shine. PLEASE CLICK THE LINK BELOW. http://ianalysis.blogspot.com/2009/11/future-of-gold.html

"This is the beginning of a new year and is a right time to take stock of your work life. We take many resolutions to make our personal and professional life better and more disciplined. This not only set positive vibration around you but also establishes you as being someone who is in control, smooth, relaxed, confident and mature. So be cheerful all the time. What if a project has failed, boss has given not-so-good feedback. What if you have not got on-site opportunity this year. Salary increment and promotion is still pending. It’s still no reason to loose your smile. Whatever your situation is things will get better for sure. Actually maintaining a cheerful and happy outlook is...
