7 Hrs is a must - Only for those you just follow the same routine daily of doing "work to home" activites. Ideally, 4 hrs can give you a proper sleep, provided you do enough Yog in the morning hrs. Trust me..if you wake up at 4:00 am thou it...

No...I wont agree with you in this forum since it is for professionals......May be young one who dont have much responsibilities may lose sleep...But a most of true professionals who knows his duties and responsibilities will sleep on time...

1. Sleep less . This is one of the best investments you can make to make your life more productive and rewarding. Most people do not need more than 6 hours to maintain an excellent state of health. Try getting up one hour earlier for 21 days and it will develop into a powerful habit. Remember, it is the quality not the quantity of sleep that is important. And just imagine having an extra 30 hours a month to spend on the things that are important to you.
