I think, to become expert in any of field requires a smart work with dedication.Because hard work always be painful and by doing hard work sometimes we get the result but most of times we failed.

The average age of working population is around 36 which makes it clear that people between age group 18 to 60 all are working. There are call centers where youth is seen even the school students to retired professionals earn there pocket money here.
