About "Soft Skills Training - a new dimention" topic:

Soft skills in engineering and management Colleges are being taught in the class rooms within that four walls of the room and in limited time.  Any skills needs two things.  One knowledge about doing and the other is practice in doing that in achieving efficiency.  Therefore, soft skills, which is more of attitute and behavioural change, can not be taught just like any other class room syllabus oriented subject.

soft skills can not be taught in the class room environment with in the limited time and syllubus. We need to have seperate training centers affliated to colleges for a specific employment generation.
