This, by far, is the best practice to show your supremacy and lying in context. They say it like this "Okay now you can go back and we will get back to you later" or "Your processing is taking time so return home and we will let you know" This is...

Agreed.Participative management encourages employees to stay in the company. When an employee enters in the company he is focussed on the job and facilities but to keep him/her at job, it is required to make a participative enviroment.

YOUR INHERENT TENDENCIES ARE IMPORTANT Dr. Ashutosh Karnatak When we go out in the sunny mid summer afternoon, we prepare ourselves to face scorching heat waves . Why? Because we feel inside us that we are going to encounter that. Similarly, when we travel to Himalayas we have a feeling of cold. In a similar manner, when we visit a garden full of flowers, we have romantic feeling. A number of such feelings are inside us. They exist primarily on account of our previous experiences and the subsequently built inherent tendencies for objects like Sun, Hills, Flowers. The worldly objects and people are perce...

Inherent tendencies, Dr. Ashotosh, are too subtle and, at times, they become as brittle as iron rod. Every individual requires a sculptor or an artisan to carve out an "essence" from the person. Some are endowed with wealth to hire the "mentors"...

Hi, Sharing with you an interesting blog posted on TalentEquity.in Keep sharing your experience. 'Abhishek is always ready to share new stories about his boss and how they don’t get along well. He claims that he is not able to focus on his work because his boss is not cooperative at all and does not add value to his work. He feels, all this is making him unproductive at work. It is a fact that you share a mutually dependent relationship with your boss. If you dont achieve your goals at work, it will affect the overall performance of your boss and the organisation. At the same time you will not progess or grow without the experience, knowledge and support of your boss. That is why there is...

In the Geeta Lord Krishna emphatically told Arjuna,"Many people anxious to offer uninterrupted worship to God, desire to go into the thick forest; this is an insane step. There is no need to seek the jungle as if I am only there. There is no place where I am not; there is no form which is not Mine. I am the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether! Where can you find a place devoid of one or other of these five? The fiery nature of fire is I Myself; I am life in all living beings. I am the strength of the strong, the strength that is free from greed and lust. To experience My presence and My glory, there is no special place, for I am everything, everywhere, ever."

By Lori Bongiorno How much radiation does your cell phone emit? It's easy to find out the answer thanks to the Environmental Working Group's new online guide to cell phone emissions . The non-profit research and advocacy group ranked over 1,000 different cell phones according to radiation levels. It looked at the publicly available, but difficult to find, specific absorption rate (SAR) for each phone. SAR is a measure of how much radiation is absorbed by the body when the phone is sending a signal to the network. (Your phone only emits radiation when you talk or text.) The jury is still out on whether cell phone radiation is harmful to human health , but it certainly won't hurt to limit your exposure to cell phone radiation when you can. Several research teams from different countries report a higher risk of developing brain and salivary gland cancer among high-volume, long-term cell phone users compared to people who use cell phones less often, according to EWG. For example, a...

Many advertisements come and go.. Few make an impression on our mind.. Impression might be good , bad and at times ugly!!! The government has cracked down on "obscene" deodorant advertisements directing advertisers to modify them or take them off air. The I B ministry has asked the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) to take action and submit a report within five days. On one side are the good ads like one of our Toostep user posted "wRite to change" ( Hath Uthao ) and on other hand are these ads.. It becomes more important because even the kids watch tv and ads will be viewed by all.. Many parents have hard time explaining to their kids that what it actually is and why should they change the channel. While the other group of people says why is this county with world's second largest population offended by sexuality? What is your point of view here?

Office Etiquette or Office Manners is about conducting yourself respectfully and courteously in the office or workplace I have noticed that as we go from college to the real corporate world it is hard to get used to a different environment. This is for freshers because other would be knowing the thumb rules already. Always act with honesty and dignity Chewing gum and popping bubble gum in the presence of co-workers is neither cool nor dignified Never do it whilst attending customers Wear appropriate office attire, for example correct footwear, not thongs (flip flops) - they are strictly casual or beachwear No exposed midriff to display tattoos and body piercing. Be neat, clean and as conservative as the business requires you to be We are put off by smelly people. So, be sure to shower regularly and use a suitable deodorant Do not cough or sneeze in anyone's direction. Use a tissue, if possible, to contain the germs and then say "Excuse me" The ...
