About "The SOA Competitive Edge: Capitalizing on Complex Event Processing" topic:
SOA architectures employ services that communicate with messages. Complex event processing makes a seismic shift in the way data flows and is accessed by business users. A natural fit within SOA architectures, event processing takes messages, performs rapid computations based on the messages, and outputs new messages. Complex event processing is a critical component of a competitive SOA platform. Businesses that leverage real-time data will have a decisive competitive advantage, but it requires the right approach.
Here we shall discuss on Using real-time event processing with SOA/Web services to create a dynamic, event-driven architecture; Event processing capabilities.

I feel SOA is getting complicated by ESB proliferation, ESBs are designed to be their own center of the universe. How to intermediate transactions across these ESBs is the important question need to be answered. This leaves enterprise architects...

Extreme Agility? Try Event-Driven SOA Every organization has zillions of events composed into it.To keep pace and stay ahead of the competition, today's CIO must be able to respond to changing conditions on a dime, even in the face of today's massive data volumes. What I think a huge flow is mere processing the data. In today's competitive environment, IT must rapidly recognize trends and patterns and proactively use the information to deliver strategic business knowledge and enable real-time decision making. What could be the basic use of Event-Driven SOA ? Event-Driven SOA actually combines SOA's request-response and EDA's (Event-Driven Architecture) event publish-subscribe paradigms,...

The King is ailing, who will succeed the King? That is of course the question on the mind of Apple’s shareholders, employees and to a lesser extent its customers and clients (who will jump to a Droid or Google, if and when they create products that excite and service them as well as Apple products). Despite protestations and reassurances from Jobs and Apple COO, Tim Cook, and despite their not just weathering, but thriving during Jobs-less times, an Apple without Jobs makes many nervous to their core. If we were to think of Jobs not as a unique and irreproducible person, but as a mindset, skill set and capacity that could be deconstructed and then modeled, not only could Apple continue its amazing growth, but other companies might follow suit. Much has been written about Jobs trying to figure out his “secret sauce” so that others might use it to propel their companies and careers to extraordinary outcomes. 1. Dropped out of Reed College 2. Calligraphy 3. Psychedelics...

It is relatively easy to identify the use count and resource usage of your SP’s, but first let me discuss how SQL Server maintains the execution statistics. The SQL Server engine keeps execution statistics for each SQL Server 2005 instance. Execution Statistics are an accumulation of execution information about what has been run since the instances has started. Each time an instance is stopped and restarted all execution statistics are reset. Individual execution statistics for an object are tied to cached execution plans. When a SP is compiled, an execution plan is cached in memory. These cached execution plans are uniquely identified by a plan_handle. Since memory is limited, SQL Server from time to time will remove execution plans from memory, if the cached plan is not being actively used. Therefore the statistics stored for a particular SP maybe for an accumulation of stats since SQL Server started, if the SP has only be compiled once. Or, it may only have statistics for the...

The group (headed by Sh. Prakash Tandon) was appointed in July 1974 which was to frame guidelines for follow-up of bank credit and submitted its final report during 1975 and gave following recommendations, applicable to borrowers availing fund based working capital limits of Rs. 10 lac or more: Norms for inventory and receivables Norms for 15 major industries proposed by the committee now have more than 50 disintegrated industry groups. Normally the borrower would not be allowed deviations from norms except in case of bunched receipt of raw material, power cuts, strikes, transport delays, accumulation of finished goods due to non-availability of shipping space for exports, build up of finished goods stocks due to failure on the part of purchasers. For those units which are not covered by the norms, past trends to be made the basis of assessment of working capital. (Discretion given to individual banks for deviations in norms) Approach to lending The committee suggested three...

THE formula for success in job interviews is not written in stone, especially when it comes to tricky questions. For instance if you are being interviewed for a sales position, a potential employer may ask you, “What would you do if a clients hinted at kickbacks?” How would you respond? Will you appear shocked or deliver your answer with poise? Here are some suggestions on how to answer 10 such questions. Being prepared will give an edge, and not to mention, boost your confidence.

Is your Website is ready to beat the heat of Advanced Google Search Architecture – Google Caffieine Google Caffieine – this is what for which I would say “Google Caffieine” is advanced Google search architecture of new era. Google Caffieine appears to include fresh way of “web crawling”, “web indexing”, and “Google SERP of targeted web” changes. Most impressing thing is Google is not incorporating this mechanism into its existing system or replacing it with new one while Google is providing an insight as per demand of current online search system and asking webmasters for their feedback. “It’s the first step in a process that will let us push the envelope on size, indexing speed, accuracy, comprehensiveness and other dimensions.” - Google The new model may be an attempt to integrate real time search or a model to enhance speed and accuracy of its search results. I personally believe that this architecture will really help those Google visitors those have been frustrated by forced...
