Education is no guarantee against excessive greed in my opinion. As far as Jaygopal's contention, I think the FIR is also too far fetched. You can get a FIR filed against even the most honest person. This is easy especially for people who have a...

I do understand Renashmi's apprehension regarding the electoral reforms. Her views on a bill being enacted by a house that is splattered with many parties is thought provoking. But I still feel that the reforms should go forward. All reforms have...

Whenever we talk about the delay in Courts and the solution, many will be in dilemma as to how to deal with this issue comprehensively.  The issues highlighted by many, including public, professionals and the eminent judges, in my opinion, on legal reforms are as follows:   We do not have adequate number of Courts and judges.   There is no adequate funding for creating sufficient facilities in the legal system.   The procedure in Courts is too technical.   Appointments are not based on merit and there is favoritism and political influence too in the course.    No accountability on the part of the judges.   Standards in profession are degrading and we need to concentrate on legal education. ...

We all are talking about these facts are not unknown but the main thing is that what we are doing to remove them whether we are fighting or not or we are also the part of them. What is correct or not is only the issue of our minds.
Khwairakpam Silamani Devi  |  Commented  |  10 months ago
Delay in taking decission by the Court is not only due to inadequate number of Courts and Judges. In my opinion the Guardians of the Law i.e. Judges and Lawyers are not stricly followed the provisions of the Act/Law. they simply take adjourments...

Cadbury India Ltd. Brand “Cadbury Dairymilk” has already been taken strong position in Indian chocolate market. Now, Cadbury Dairymilk is trying to make strong brand loyalty brand acceptance. HAVE. No FEAR. If you were afraid of nothing, what goals would you set? What could you accomplish? What would you do if nothing scared you or made you nervous? Fear stops success. For example, a woman who wants to get married, but she is afraid of men. So she does not get married. Or she marries someone who is wrong for her, just because he does not scare her. If you want to run a business, you will fail if you are afraid of making big decisions. If you want to be a doctor, you cannot be afraid of sick people. If you want to succeed as an athlete, you cannot be afraid of hard, painful practice. Fear of anything can ruin your success: fear of rejection, fear of being excluded, fear of anger, fear of paperwork, fear of speaking to groups, fear of stating the truth, fear of asking for money, fear of responsibility, fear of being attacked, fear of looking stupid, fear of pain, fear of displeasing someone and more. With no fear in your life, what could you accomplish? The Only Way to...

50 Things to do Before you Die Photo by  Anne Froelisch   1. Set foot on each of the seven continents. Antarctica might seem like a tough one, but  here’s how . Once you’ve reached all seven you can truly call yourself a world traveler. 2. Cross a country on a bicycle. A bicycle  tour takes some planning  , but it beats being separated from a country though a passenger-side window. 3. Ride something bigger than a horse. Trekking through the jungle on the back of a  two story tall elephant   will surely be something you remember forever. 4. Live like a local for a month. The experience   of visiting native peoples will give you way more insight into another way of life than two years hopping from one backpacker ghetto to the next. 5. Visit a “real”  blues bar in Chicago  . What better way to leave music’s commercialism behind and find the soul of the blues? 6. Learn another language. This is definitely a weighty and time-consuming proposition, but there are  plenty of resources...

Every month, Google makes tons of tiny changes to the way search works. It shares them in company blog posts that present a list of carefully scripted bullet points with mysterious code names in an inscrutable order. Google never comments on the changes beyond these announcements, but it's always informative to spread the puzzle pieces out on the table and see what Google is up to. Here's what changed in April. We thought there were a lot of changes in March, but April was even bigger. Google changed 52 things about its search algorithm last month. As usual, you don't need to worry about a bunch of them. But the most interesting of the latest search changes fall into three important categories. Smarter The more Google can guess (correctly) what we're looking for, the faster we can find it. Google is getting better at untangling our spelling mistakes, interpreting our meaning and answering our questions. One update helps Google interpret your intention by looking at your last few...

What is stopping you from getting what you want in life? Your friends? Your family? A sense that failure – or success – might change your life and that feeling uncomfortable? A sense that the people around you might disapprove of you aiming for what you want, of you succeeding or failing. Essentially it boils down to fear. The big roadblock, sometimes the massive wall in the middle of road that keeps you from getting what you want. How to overcome it? Here´s some useful ways I have found so far. 1. Taking small steps This is good for fear that can seem overwhelming at first. For instance the strong feeling – it can almost feel like a flight or fight-response – just before doing public speaking or asking someone out for a date. If you´re for instance nervous socially you might not feel able to ask people out on dates right away. The fear of being rejected and that others might think less of you if you get turned down can make many of us feel unable to ask the question. A solution...
