The global market, at first glance, seems to be daunting when it comes to coming up with products and ideas that may be made popular available in the market. But you needn’t look at the entire picture and compete with the whole world; frequently it is only your neighborhood you have to win over. Obviously, when it comes to your own self-employment opportunities, in order to ensure it is more lucrative, people commonly prefer to choose services as opposed to products to be lent to the economy

In simple words, this means that there is no necessity to come up with new kind of ideas or devices that you can patent. Therefore, self-employment opportunities very often involve buying pieces of equipment and facilitating others by operating them. It can be buying some franchisees and putting it together at your place, In this way you are providing jobs and also making good money in the first place.
So, let us discuss everything regarding self employment, which is the best and what are the possible criteria which will lead to self employment......

Freedom, yes. I would say most of the people doing a job may never know it. You get out of your bed and run. You run to bed to wake up again and run. This is every day in a job. On to self-employment, you can afford to say no and feel the life to...

No 1: India Since 1991, when economic liberalization unshackled India from the slow rate of growth and threw its doors open to the global economy, India has never looked back. The Knight Frank report assumes that India will shake off its current crop of social, political and economic issues and go on to the top of the heap.

Self -Realization Desire is the root of all knowledge, action and thinking. It is the cause of our entire universe with all its grief, stress, and strain. Yet all of us seek only to fulfill our desires. We believe that freedom is to be able to be able to do what we want, i.e., fulfill all our desires. Success is to achieve all we desire and happiness is to enjoy all we desire. Rather than seeking a state of desirelessness , we wish to attain a state wherein we can fulfill all that we desire. And therefore, are we not envious of people who have everything they desire? Do we not feel attracted to and worship those who can produce and attain anything by mere will or wish? Do we not day dream of indulging and gorging on all we desire? Would it not be wonderful if all we wanted came to us with out us having to lift our little finger? Such a state of fulfillment of desires is promised to us by scriptures and the wise through SELF- realization. The self is infinite and infinity alone is...

Steps to take in creating a powerful and rewarding 2012: Write yourself a letter describing your dreams and desires for 2012. Include all the aspects of your life—your business, vacations and new opportunities you would like to explore. Keep adding to the list for a few days. Our thoughts will keep multiplying when we give ourselves the freedom to be honest and not pass any judgment on our vision. When you feel your list is complete, create different categories for your ideas (business, vacations, social events, family and friends). Plug the ideas into the different categories. You will be amazed what thoughts surface. Congratulations, you now have your dream list. Choose both a big and a small dream you would like to accomplish. Plan the two steps you will take this week for each dream. Remember, as my mother always said, “Rome was not built in a day.” Taking time during this quiet time to plan for a powerful and rewarding 2012 is a beautiful gift you are giving yourself. ENJOY...

In many ways, a manager has to be a leader, so therefore a manager will have many of the traits that a leader does. However, I feel the term 'manager' applies primarily to business, it's in a manager's best interest to lead his co-workers effectively, encouraging them to achieve their goals and targets. In my experience, a leader is more of a social thing; more associated with team work, too. Go to Discussion http://lnkd.in/wUJe5E

I’m an old geezer on the community network who chips in here and there. Over a period of time I get a feeling that some of our less experienced members are not too sure about what to initiate as useful topics for discussion / debate. To help them out I have put together a set of five questions which they may ask themselves before initiating discussions. May I request more experienced members to chip in with more questions / suggestions / guidelines to make the whole process more purposeful. The set follows:- 1. does the topic add value / knowledge to the community? 2. is the topic worthy of attention / discussion? 3. will the topic lead to / inspire action? 4. will other members like to refer / share it with others? 5. will someone from our community benefit from the topic?
