From the above article it is clear and candid how Management miscontrues the art of training. Training has impact on the organisational needs in terms of improving productivity, quality and structure. With such atttitudes how can the organisation become profitable and exist in present days of competition.
Trainers have no shop floor experience. To evaluate this criteria, the involvement of Shop floor executive who is well versed in the subject becomes a matter of consideration along with HR who organises. This has the benefit of recognition of the executive to be a part and would encourge participation of employees in the training programme even when they are needed in shop floor to meet deadlines.
I also would like to emphasise which I have done in the previous reviews, that there should be a yardstick to measure the effectiveness of the training on the subject and measures to be taken to retrain him if he has not gained sufficient knowledge to contribute the desired output. To quote- I have come across casuals being deployed to operate CNC Turning centres, when the presence of a Diploma holder is normally recommended. How could they fit in and would it be possible to train them effectively?

"Training does not give the desire results."If this is the case ,let us fix clear target and objective ,measure it and compare.I understand training fixup set of responsibility to an offier who is at work. His work and direction is clear.
