Weight gain is an increase in body weight. This can be either an increase in muscle mass, fat deposits, or excess fluids such as water.The high prevalence of obesity and weight gain problems in our culture
means much more emphasis is placed on losing weight rather than gaining
weight. It is easy to forget about people who have the problem of being
too thin.

While being overweight or obese is a well-known risk factor for chronic
diseases, being too thin may also increase a person's risk of dying
from diseases such as heart failure and cancer.

Make the child to eat fruit and vegetables. They may have a favorite’s food, but the best choice is to eat variety. Taste new foods and the old ones which we have not tried for a while. Make interesting salads to push more vegetables in child’s diet.
