I cant agree totally with these options. There are other reasons for job hoping. People these days are changing their jobs for better opportunities and to reach the top positions in the hierarchy.

Sourcing free profiles from Naukri.com database. Today , I came across the feature of searching resumes for free in Naukri. I could not believe it. I wanted to check if it is true or not. I tried calling Naukri call centre and asked them how come you give RESDEX for free ? The Customer service executive explained this feature. It was quite interesting and I got convinced . Probably , this feature is an old one but I noticed this only today. Anyways, if you are one like me , please read this . It would be helpful for you too. 1. Go to the home page of www.naukri.com 2.
