About "Which sector will have highest opportunities by 2020?" topic:
India has a good talent pool for the industry, but there is always a lack of highly educated and research oriented people who could train and educate others. But the education sector is booming and it is among the top four sectors which will recruit most number of human resources in upcoming 10 years or so. But there is a gap between the demand and availability of human resources in this domain. So this sector will have the higher opportunities over financial sector by 2020.

Random Pick... Why me? Arthur Ashe , the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which he got due to the infected blood he had received during a heart surgery in 1983. From world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed: "Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease"? To this Arthur Ashe replied: "The world over - 50 million children start playing tennis, 5 million learn to play tennis, 500,000 learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam, 50 reach Wimbledon, 4 to semi final, 2 to the finals... When I was holding a cup I never asked God 'Why me?'. And today in pain I should not be asking God 'Why me?' " Happiness keeps you Sweet Trials keep you Strong Sorrow keeps you Human Failure keeps you humble and Success keeps you glowing But only Faith Attitude Keeps you going... “ Mistakes are painful when they happen. But years later, a collection of mistakes called experience leads us to the success...”

Beautiful Thought by Lord Buddha Once Buddha was traveling with a few of his followers. While they were passing a lake, Buddha told one of his disciples, "I am thirsty. Do get me some water from the lake." The disciple walked up to the lake. At that moment, a bullock cart started crossing through the lake. As a result, the water became very muddy and turbid. The disciple thought, "How can I give this muddy water to Buddha to drink?" So he came back and told Buddha, "The water in there is very muddy. I don't think it is fit to drink." After about half an hour, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back to the lake. The disciple went back, and found that the water was still muddy. He returned and informed Buddha about the same. After sometime, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back. This time, the disciple found the mud had settled down, and the water was clean and clear. So he collected some water in a pot and brought it to Buddha. Buddha looked at the water, and...
