tasked with taking the hammersmith creative site from loss making to profit. I increased the site from 54 people and 4 million turnover to 18.1 million and 185 people in less than 2 years - asked to assess creative divisions and merged both london sites finally moving from this role leaving a 175 people and 34 million turnover. i managed all areas of the business with all teams reporting directly into me - this was the 2nd largest site in AGI Media europe. I managed all the major film, games and music accounts via direct line reports amounting to 15 directors covering accounts to finance to creative. I developed mission statement and company vision and strategy to drive the business forward for the AGI media board | ||
