I am sharing with you the work culture, salary & prospects review of Oracle India done by their employees.
Please share your views.

What I don't like about my work place:
"Appraisal Sucks. There is no way arrears are covered. Also as the financial year ends in May. By the time you get the rating it is December and then the actual hike happens then, also May to Dec arrears are not covered."
