Are the Air Indian Pilots getting Justified salaries?

I think their salary is less as comparision to other airlines, hence they also want their salary to match up with the pilots of other commercial air lines.
But this is not the correct way to demand the salary hike as Air India is losing it's business.

They are not auto-rickshaw drivers.  They are carrying "Net-worth millionaires and billionares" on board.  A slightest error will cost many of their lives!  They are asking for justification in their pay structure.  What they are asking for is comparison of "apple" with "apple" and not "orange".  The pilots of domestic carrier and the international carriers are rewarded the same after the merger of "Indian Airlines" with the "Air India"!   

I think they are paid a reasonable amount to manage thier lavish expences...if we look at their qualifications and compare with current cost of living in India. air india is losing 10 million rupees business per day due to their Strike. I hope High court will take necessary steps to avoid such incidents in future!
