Attrition has been the biggest hurdles in the field of HR and has been continuously been creating hindrances in the growth of HR and organization as a whole.
Companies spend a good amount over the training and devepolment of their employees and employees quit one day merely for some increment in other organization or industry even.
One may ideally seek - job satisfaction,security,growth opportuinty and recognition in any organization. It is the role of organization's top management to carry out a thorough exit interview and also adopt the philosophy - select the BEST people and set them FREE.
In this way one could see the productivity increase drastically.
Lets give a second thought over it.
