'Bonus heaven' at Goldman Sachs after record year

Investment banking is catching eye of the investors from all over the globe because the igher degree of profitability that is associted with such investments. Today investors invest huge amounts of capital, as they are optimistic about the high returns.

Various investment companies are trying their luck and in search of taking the bigger part of the profitable share, but the committment and energy that Goldman Sachs has shown, is exemplry in itself. Why not, its vision statement explains all about it: "We are constantly developing new insights into global markets and industries. Our goal is to help our clients realize their objectives, and to help shape the debate in every sector in which Goldman Sachs is involved". That is amazing and I feel that even ou might be now interested in knowing about Goldman Sachs.

I personally advocate Investing in Goldman Sachs, the reasons for which I will explian to you as well. The bank is paying $16.5 billion in compensation this year, an average of roughly $623,418 per employee, The bank earned nearly as much per share in 2006 as in the previous two years combined, both of which were also record years, record revenue of $37.7 billion and a record profit of $9.5 billion, or $19.69 per share, Investment banking revenue climbed 42 percent to $1.3 billion, and trading and principal investments rose 57 percent to $6.6 billion.

These figures not only the profitability but the pace and speed at which the Goldman Sachs is growing creating turbulence all over the stock market, credit investing and providing rapid chnaces of development for private equity firms.

The Goldman Sachs has emerged as a successful investor , deploying the firms capital to sell and buy companies, like it owned the portfolio of Accordia Golf, Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, but the question is that, will Goldman continue to enjoy profits like that, will luck always be on the part of Goldman?

I think as far as the stock market is favoring Goldman, good times will accompany them, Once the stock will go down,,,,,,,,,,Goldman need to think, plan and act.............
