The Biotech industry may be booming but the trained manpower in the field is multiplying at an even faster rate. clearly government should be taking better targeted and more frequent initiatives in the sector which is designing the future in a more intimate way than it is currently viewed to be. the growth in that sector of biotechnology is imminent but slow. it need to be hastened up...

Nice analysis.Also I agree with Durgesh too as India has got supreme manpower in very nominal price and intelligent brain with comparison to rest of the world.Also people here are ambitious and hardworking, if one provide facilities our researches and achievements will increase manyfold.
