With the opening up of the Insurance sector, the job market in this sector has grown 100 times or more.
Today, many of the managers and other executives from LIC of India have started searching for better opportunities in the private sector, especially the younger lot.

Many of them have already joined private companies and some are looking for plum posts. It is a good opportunity for those not reaching the heights they expected in LIC of India. Atleast we have known persons in different companies
