To better meet the customer satsfaction and expectations, there is a thriving need for companies to produce better and improved quality, aiming at complete consumer prferences and in developng the standard and operations of caompanies as weel.
Having same notion in mind, Indias's technological giant Wipro have formed a strategic alliance to with Cisco technologies, to jointly develop and build new IT infrastructure service solutions that combine Cisco’s industry-leading networking solutions with Wipro's infrastructure and managed services portfolio to meet customer needs on a global basis, with initial focus in India, Middle East and Africa regions. Cisco and Wipro together will build new IT infrastructure service solutions that combine Cisco’s industry-leading networking solutions with Wipro's infrastructure and managed services portfolio and establish a Cisco Solution Centre at the Wipro Campus in Bangalore, India, which will develop and showcase new services and solutions, such as Cisco Unified Communications, that will take advantage of the network platform to help enterprise customers drive innovation and business growth.
The joint offerings will include Cisco's technologies for application networking services, data centre, security, telepresence, and unified communications combined with Wipro's IT global service and business process models.
Currently, Cisco's business with Wipro is valued at around $300 million, and experts explain is as an outcome of pervasiveness and network, that form the basis of any IT deal.
The companies also announced to establish the Cisco Solution Centre at the Wipro Campus in Bangalore, India, which will develop and showcase services and solutions, such as Cisco Unified Communications.
