The subcontinent is attracting interest on Wall Street. Citigroup is opening a retail brokerage unit in India as part of a plan to attract new small- to medium-size enterprise customers in Asia. Meanwhile,Goldman Sachs plans to invest $1 billion in India during the next two years, looking to boost its investment-banking business in that country
