I am sharing with you the work culture, salary & growth prospects review of 'Bank of America' done by their employees.

"There are a lot of things which one can learn and these also become a value add to ones profile. Some training programmes are actually very best in the industry........."

What I don't like about Bank of America:
"Slow growth in the organization, lot of internal politics and favoritism attached towards who should grow and who should not then it is quite evident that the best performers in an organization would start looking out for better options......"

Thanks Gargi for sharing your views. 

We feel most companies benchmark employee satisfaction/morale w.r.t work culture, 
talent engagement, training provided, growth opportunities, benefits etc. Initially when the employee becomes part of a company, all these factors and more provides contentment to the employees. On the other hand, these very reasons also become trigger points for employee disatisfaction, leading to exit/attrition for somewhat seasoned employees. 

I totally agree with you when you say that organizations need to look inward to realise where the issue is and use tools to control the trigger points.

Sanjay don't you think in most of the reviews in "What i like about the company" -  the reviews are different from each organization But when it comes to "What they don't like about the company" -  most of the cases the reasons are the same so i guess by this we can understand the main areas which needs a look into by most of the organizations....what do you have to say??
