What I like about WNS:
"Applying Innovative ideas to improve and stream line the work process flow and positive environment. Taking new challenges in a positive way. Interaction and brain storming sessions with team member to generate for process automation and how to improvement make the work environment more better and growth oriented."
What I dont like about WNS:
"Less skills enhancement training program. Employee benefits like transport, perks, outdoor training camps, higher educational institutes tie up for employees career enhancement"
