Here is the review of 'Sapient' about work culture, growth prospects & salary, done by their employees.

What I like about Sapient:
"Company is good, especially its core values are extremely good. Work culture is good & very different from the others companies. You get enough freedom in your work."
What I don't like about Sapient:
"As I said about core values of Sapient but at the same time in recent days, they hired so many top management people but their mind set is very different from Sapient's core values. It creates so much dissatisfaction in the people who are working there from long time. 1 more thing it is not a stable company, they pay good but you are not safe in the company even if you are star performer. They can layoff you any day, so if you want to be there, be at your risk."
