I have a direct access to foreign funders. If you have clients, we can collaborate in the financing of their feasible projects.  The initial requirements are project study, company profile, list and value of offered collaterals and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with me.

The interest rates: LIBOR + 0.75% to 2.25% per annum.
17-25 banking days to process.
Up to 25 years to pay.
USD 10 M to NO LIMIT depending on the offered collaterals.
Collaterals can be real estate properties (existing and to be acquired) and/or bank instruments.  
I was into loan syndication for corporates sometime back. Almost all the corporates need debt funding. May I know what exactly do you want?
