Dreaming helps people to store memories -- in fact, the rapid eye movement (REM), stage of sleep -- when one dreams -- is
part of the memory process.  Sleep is vital for pulling together all the information we process daily and turning it into memories to use later. This has helped us to understand more about the benefits of sleep.

This is not a debatable topic but it at least assures us that sleepless nights spent doing work serve no good to us but a little nap may do wonders.. Do you agree?

Obvisously Ms.Sulangna, if you will take just 10 min. rest, you feel fresh. We are also dreaming in just 10 mins. and then after we wake up for complete that dream, share with friend, and feel more wonders..

You know the flip side of it, our techies and creative people take their unfinished tasks home, they dream solutions in slumber, apply them next morning!  They are, of course, not paid for this time of finding solution to the problem!

 I agree with Sulagna.The dream some time indicate your development in real life  as in my case.The dreaming stabilizes your resolve to move forwads.

Yes it is true that a little while rest(SNOOZE)may help many people. More so, it is important for guys driving Heavy vehicle, or drivers driving a car for longer distances continuously. Mental fatigue got refreshed by this & be fresh for reception easily. You will see less annoyance & more concentration at the work in the desk.

Well tell now it is clear from our behaviour that sleep is necessary. But why? it is still a question for scientist. can not say dreaming help in remembering. i think memory is different then dream. memory is used to store the things either temporary or permanently. if memories make during sleep then we should forget all the things till we sleep. but we remember what happen during the day. i think in this world only yoga is the answer why we sleep. we have to understand many things to be clear. a lot of discussion is needed.
