India fifth most powerful nation among top 50!!

Its true we are one of the top powerful countries. 
It is also true that we are one of the top corrupt countries.
But we all Indians want to make second statement false as soon as possible.

Without corruption India will aqua re 1st position. 

The statistics on corruption Index is available. As per the statistics of 2010-11, India ranks at 84th position in corruption Index in the list of 180 countries. China stands on 78th position, slightly more corrupt than India. 
The least corrupt countries are - Denmark, Norwey, Singapore.
The most corrupt countries are  - Nigeria, Somalia, Bangla Desh, Nigeria.

When you come across a person,with this mindset of thought "Well if the ranking was to be based on corruption we would have topped it". what can you express on the similar parameter,  keep one aspect in mind that it is on a probable theory that it is evaluated and said, however different it is India is a very up coming nation amongst the most of the 3rd world up coming countries with democratic approach in mind.  It has a long and old legacy of maharajahs and chatrapatis,  but still we hold the edge as compare to many nations.  it is growing in the right direction.

Verchiual comparison is useless in practical that have no meaningful object achieved.Technology,science and economy are dresses of nations which selected by national population for their needs and deeds.Why not mentioned about poverty,taxations,prise rates and life style etc in comparesion with other small countries? I mean some useful and practical subjects should be discussed.

There are a whole lot of companies giving ratings or nomenclatures to diffrent countries based upon their assessment tools and here is another one.

On face of it looks good when India rates at 5th position, but certain parameters like technology & energy security merit attention, i guess we are amny notches above their ratings on these 2 areas. 

See where we stand in the area of Technology and Energy Security.  We need not fly in colours.  The development is confined to 20% of area and people.  When there are 100 people and one among them has 100 crores with him and the others are just beggars the average of 100 people is one crore each.  Can we say all the 99 people are carodpathis. This is what our India's position in figures.
